Briidgit offers a short 3-session trial so you can experience a trainer’s approach before committing to a longer plan.
Yes! You can select your preferred training mode (in-person or online) and choose a package that fits your goals. Based on the package structure, you can then choose your preferred day and time from the trainer’s available slots.
Once you book, you’ll receive confirmation and details about your package and session(s), with flexibility to schedule sessions at a later stage.
Payments & Safety

Technical & Account
Yes — you’ll need to sign up to book sessions and manage your training plans.
Yes, you can reschedule/cancel bookings as per time. Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds will be issued for sessions(s) that have not been availed. Avail of session(s) & platform fee are non-refundable.
